Ansvarsområden
- Develop reward and recognition models, policies, tools, and guidelines.
- Manage and review benefits and salary structures.
- Lead projects related to employee value propositions, salary reviews, pensions, and international mobility.
- Stay ahead of research and trends to ensure total reward strategies align with business needs.
- Coach and advise People & Culture Partners on total reward matters.
- Drive and oversee various total reward projects to enhance awareness and improve processes.
- Initiate and support annual activities such as salary reviews and equal pay analyses.
- Collaborate with colleagues to lead compensation and benefits negotiations at the national level.
- Provide expert advice on compliance and interpretation of national laws and collective agreements.
- Translate business needs into impactful total reward initiatives.
Krav
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven senior experience in People & Culture and/or Compensation & Benefits.
- Professional understanding of country laws, regulations, and collective agreements.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Training or experience in leadership, communication, and project management is valuable.
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on business and customer needs.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or PowerBI is a plus.
- Previous experience in production or industry is advantageous.
