I korthet

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Support & Operations with expertise in HANA Database Architecture, SAP BODS, SAP SLT, and SAP Analytics Cloud. This role involves managing system performance, security, troubleshooting, and data optimization, as well as ensuring on-time resolution of escalated tickets and contributing to value-added activities.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure on-time resolution & quality compliance of escalated tickets/incidents as per the agreed SLA.
  • Perform value addition activities like mentoring administrators, preparing SOPs, maintaining documentation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders.
  • Validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning.
  • Ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction through active participation in customer meetings.
  • Validate analyses (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, Trend Analysis) and reports for presentation to key business stakeholders.

Krav

  • Strong knowledge of HANA Database Architecture.
  • Ability to manage system performance across different HANA nodes, monitor resource utilization, and identify expensive SQL statements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and implement data optimization techniques such as Table partitioning and table redistribution.
  • Strong knowledge of HANA Security and configure User Access Controls.
  • Good experience with Operating Systems, specifically Windows and Linux scripting.
  • SAP BODS Administration: Install and configure SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS), including server and client tools.
  • Monitor system performance and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions for SAP BODS.
  • SAP SLT Administration: Oversee installation, configuration, and management of SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) systems for data replication and real-time data integration.
  • Set up and manage data replication jobs, configure data transformation rules, and resolve replication issues for SAP SLT.
  • Monitor SAP SLT system performance, optimize replication processes, and perform regular maintenance and updates.
  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Administration: Create and manage user accounts, assign roles and permissions, and adjust permissions for various functions and data sources.
  • Configure and manage connections to data sources such as SAP HANA for SAC.
  • Live data connections to backend systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SAML for Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations.
  • Manage SSL/TLS certificates to ensure secure communication.
  • Manage HANA transports using Delivery Units, and Lifecycle Management (LCM).
  • Understand and configure transport routes for efficient object transfer.
  • Configure and manage system alerts to monitor system status.
