Alstom is looking for a full-time Sub-System Manager - Carbody & Cabin in Bangalore to lead project management and cross-functional coordination. This role focuses on ensuring the successful delivery of sub-systems, meeting QCDP objectives through close collaboration with various business teams and stakeholder management.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead sub-system activities from requirements capture to project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards and processes.
  • Apply project strategy to allocated sub-system scopes of work.
  • Monitor and manage sub-system activities, resources, costs, risks, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution of sub-system deliverables.
  • Ensure alignment and synchronization between sub-systems and project-level teams.
  • Lead sub-system teams to achieve QCDP objectives.
  • Manage sub-system-level decisions, trade-offs, and reporting with transparency.

Krav

  • Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience or understanding of project management in a technical environment.
  • Knowledge of QCD principles and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
  • A project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage risks and opportunities effectively.
