We are seeking a Studio & Content Production Coordinator to manage our professional video studio operations and assist with digital content production. This role involves studio coordination, content editing, and visual production, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality communication across digital channels.
Ansvarsområden
- Manage studio bookings, ensuring logistical and technical requirements are met.
- Provide booking parties with preparation guides for studio sessions.
- Collect and verify information from booking parties for studio sessions.
- Deliver basic studio recordings and supervise complex scenarios.
- Develop and update preparation materials and studio routines for efficiency.
- Edit and refine text and visual content for corporate channels (web, intranet, social media).
- Create and edit images and basic video content using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ensure all content meets high standards for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with content producers, editorial teams, and channel experts.
- Maintain and update existing content to keep it relevant and engaging.
Krav
- Previous experience in a producing, coordinating, or content editing role (studio and digital content).
- Familiarity with studio equipment and tools like vMix and Qlabs.
- Experience with CMS platforms like Optimizely and SharePoint.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Fluent in English with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to support and guide colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a desire to take initiative and solve problems.
- Experience using content planners and booking forms to support stakeholders.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience working with corporate functions and/or in a multinational corporate communications environment is an advantage.
