We are seeking an enthusiastic student helper for a flexible part-time position in Herzogenrath, Germany, supporting operations and social media technology. This role involves administrative tasks, content creation, and learning about Mission Critical Communications and 5G Core technologies.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide general team support, including coordination, documentation and organization of day-to-day activities.
  • Help create engaging content for internal and external communication channels, including short videos and social media content.
  • Support activities involving people, data and numbers in an IT and telecommunications environment.
  • Explore practical opportunities to use AI tools and new AI developments in our daily work.
  • Contribute to R&D ways of working and Operations topics such as capability management, knowledge sharing and process improvement.
  • Learn about telecommunications technologies, with a focus on Mission Critical Communications and 5G Core.
  • Take on additional tasks based on your interests, skills and the needs of the team.

Krav

  • Currently studying and looking for a flexible part-time student position.
  • Organized, reliable and comfortable working independently.
  • Enjoy working with people, information and numbers.
  • Have an interest in IT, telecommunications, digital communication or technology-driven operations.
  • Curious about AI and enthusiastic about learning how it can improve the way we work.
  • Interested in research and development, operational excellence and capability management.
  • Eager to learn about Mission Critical Communications and 5G Core technologies.
  • Communicate confidently in English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with video creation, social media, graphic design, data analysis or office tools is a plus, but not required.
