ABB is seeking a Structural Engineer for their Global eHouse Team in the Philippines. This hybrid role involves acting as a design authority for engineering assignments, providing technical support, and assisting with proposals, utilizing standard engineering techniques and design thinking principles.

Ansvarsområden

Act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity.
Complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner.
Apply basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects.
Evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments.
Provide technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities.
Assist in preparing proposals/presentations of engineering projects.
Utilize checklists to perform design verification according to applicable standards and engineering guidelines.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Structural Engineering.
Strong experience in steel structure design and structural analysis.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and STAAD Pro.
Experience in industrial projects such as Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Mining, or Data Centers.
Knowledge of engineering standards, design verification, testing, installation, and commissioning support.
Good command of English.
