Rock Processing seeks a Strategy & Integration Manager to lead strategic planning and M&A integration from hypothesis to value realization. The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership on business-critical priorities, requiring strong analytical and execution skills, experience in management consulting or in-house strategy, and proficiency in AI/LLM tools.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and contribute to the annual strategic planning cycle and cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Produce high-quality decision material, frameworks, and executive-level communications
  • Design and facilitate strategy workshops with senior and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Own M&A integration at business-area level, from hypothesis development to execution oversight
  • Coordinate integration workstreams, resolve blockers, and maintain post-close momentum
  • Support value realization by partnering with Finance on metrics, cadence, and follow-up

Krav

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or a related field (MSc preferred)
  • Experience from top-tier management consulting or a comparable in-house strategy role in a multinational environment
  • Demonstrated involvement in M&A processes from a strategic, commercial, or integration perspective
  • Strong project management capability across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency in AI and LLM tools
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
