Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience leading operational and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with executive stakeholder management and executive conversations, written and verbal, both internal and external.
  • Experience in management consulting firm or project management in a strategy function for software, Internet, media industries, or early stage companies.
  • Expertise in operations, customer solutions, and internet/online media.
  • Excellent project management, problem solving/analysis, written/verbal communication, and people management skills.

The team focuses on the most critical strategic priorities for gTech Ads teams, facilitates cross functional alignment of goals and execution, provides business critical insights using analytics, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.

In this role, you will require you to develop solutions to complex, ambiguous and high-visibility business problems and opportunities. You will be at the forefront of building and driving these solutions while working closely with business teams, influencing the outlook and goal setting, helping transform early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives and much more.

Responsibilities

  • Define, structure, launch and drive strategic and operational initiatives for gTech Ads Solutions teams, while acting as a strategic thought partner to the leadership.

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather relevant information, context, and drive business analysis with effective project communication and management.

  • Enable critical business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders and cross-pollinate learnings.

  • Partner with gTech Ads Solutions leadership in end-to-end driving of strategic initiatives (including global priorities).

  • Provide oversight and connectivity to business-focused standalone initiatives and removing roadblocks to execution, and eliminating conflicts.
