Accenture is seeking ambitious graduates for Strategy Analyst or Management Consulting Analyst roles in Copenhagen, starting in September 2027. This full-time, on-site position involves solving complex business challenges, defining strategic direction, and implementing new technologies for leading organizations in Denmark and the Nordics. The role offers a steep learning curve, formal training, and exposure to senior colleagues and clients.

Ansvarsområden

Structure complex and ambiguous business problems and develop hypotheses.
Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry analyses.
Build quantitative analyses, financial models, and business cases.
Help clients define growth strategies, transformation agendas, and operating models.
Explore how technologies like AI and digital platforms can create new business opportunities.
Prepare structured, insight-driven presentations and recommendations for senior clients.
Conduct interviews and workshops with clients.
Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and new idea development.
Translate strategic objectives into concrete initiatives, plans, and deliverables.
Support the design and implementation of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
Coordinate activities across complex transformation programs.
Plan and facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews.
Work closely with clients to understand requirements and resolve issues.
Support change management activities.

Krav

Hold or expect to complete a relevant master's degree by the summer of 2027.
Strong academic track record and solid analytical capabilities.
Ability to break down complex and ambiguous problems.
Ability to bring structure to complex projects with many stakeholders.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
Intellectual curiosity and enjoyment of learning about new businesses, industries, and technologies.
Fluent in English.
Thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
Curiosity about how technology can enable better businesses and successful transformation.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience or a particular interest in one of the industries Accenture works with (Financial Services, Consumer Goods & Retail, Life Sciences, Health & Public Services, Resources, Industrial & Manufacturing, Communications, Media & Technology) is optional.
Familiarity with consulting case interviews is encouraged.
