As a Strategic Sourcing Project Manager in Kolding, Denmark, you will lead strategic sourcing projects for elastomers to optimize the supplier base and manage significant annual spend. You will ensure stable deliveries, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and align sourcing decisions with business objectives and legislation.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead strategic sourcing projects covering 500+ parts, developing and implementing preferred supplier strategies.
  • Optimize the supplier base across cost, quality, delivery, safety, sustainability, and compliance.
  • Ensure continuity and reliability of supply for production and distribution operations.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while driving continuous improvement and performance.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Production, and other stakeholders to align sourcing strategies.
  • Analyze spend, supplier performance, and market data for decision-making.
  • Ensure sourcing activities comply with legislation, company policies, and business requirements.
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen the supply chain and improve customer experience.

Krav

  • 5–10 years of experience in strategic procurement or sourcing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven experience leading sourcing or cross-functional projects with measurable results.
  • Experience with supplier management, supplier development, and optimizing supplier bases.
  • Skilled in PPAP and Lean Six Sigma tools.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and building alignment.
  • Fluent communication in English (written and spoken).
