I korthet

Ericsson's Early Career Program is seeking a Strategic Product Manager in Madrid. This 18-month program offers rotations, international exposure, and development opportunities for recent graduates or those with up to five years of experience. You will work on product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management within the subscriber data and activation portfolio.

Ansvarsområden

Join a global Strategic Product Management community shaping Ericsson’s subscriber data and activation portfolio.
Connect technology, customer needs, and business value to define product priorities.
Support products throughout their lifecycle: customer insight, strategy, roadmap, release, migration, and value realization.
Collaborate with engineering, customer, and commercial teams to address complex challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
Take increasing ownership, potentially leading portfolio analysis, owning workstreams, and driving initiatives from problem to decision.

Krav

Recent degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software or Electrical Engineering, Data, Business, or a related field.
Structured and analytical thinking with curiosity to understand complex systems.
Ability to communicate clearly in English.
Ownership, initiative, and comfort working with ambiguity.
Strong collaboration skills and interest in working across different teams.
Interest in connecting technology, customer needs, and business value.
Demonstrated potential through thesis, internship, hackathon, university project, or student initiative.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Motivation to learn about areas such as 5G, cloud-native telecom, 3GPP, product lifecycle, and pricing.
Previous Ericsson portfolio knowledge or telecom product-management experience is not required.
