Ansvarsområden

Support the development of the RAN Software portfolio alongside Strategic Product Managers.
Explore how advanced RAN and 5G capabilities can address customer needs and enable new services and business opportunities.
Develop stories and proof points to help presales and sales teams translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions.
Support customer engagements with product managers and other Ericsson teams.
Analyze market developments, customer needs, and emerging services to provide insights.
Build understanding of RAN Software product management and gain exposure to the broader portfolio.

Krav

2–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within RAN, telecom technology, systems engineering, research, technical presales, or a related area.
A strong technical foundation and understanding of mobile networks, ideally with experience or knowledge of RAN.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand new and complex topics quickly.
The ability to communicate technical topics clearly and work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Curiosity about customers, markets, and the business opportunities created by new technology.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build relationships across different teams and areas.
Strong personal drive, accountability, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
