Microsoft is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for its Financial Services (FSI) team in Canada. This role involves owning the overall customer relationship and growth strategy for a key FSI account, leading a virtual team, and engaging senior executives. You will leverage Microsoft's portfolio across Azure, AI, security, data, and modern work to drive customer transformation and business outcomes.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own the end-to-end account strategy and business plan for a strategic financial-services customer.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite, business, technology, security, data, and procurement leaders.
  • Lead and empower a diverse virtual account team across solution areas, customer success, engineering, services, partners, and support.
  • Create, qualify, and progress a healthy portfolio of large and complex opportunities across Azure, AI and Copilot, security, data, and modern work.
  • Develop compelling value propositions, business cases, and commercial strategies that connect Microsoft capabilities to measurable outcomes.
  • Drive competitive strategy and disciplined execution across the customer lifecycle.
  • Apply deep FSI market knowledge to anticipate customer needs and navigate complexity.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience working in financial services and/or driving digital transformation OR Master's Degree AND 9+ years experience OR 13+ years experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives.
  • 8+ years experience closing large, complex agreements/deals.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 13+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education, technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR Master's Degree AND 11+ years experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience leading strategic relationships and complex transformation programs with a major bank, insurer, capital-markets firm, or other regulated financial-services organization.
  • Demonstrated success engaging C-suite stakeholders, shaping multi-year account strategies, and closing large, complex cloud, AI, security, data, or enterprise-platform agreements.
  • Understanding of FSI business models, regulatory and risk considerations, technology modernization priorities, and the competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams and partners, translate business priorities into measurable value, and drive sustained adoption, consumption, and customer outcomes.

Förmåner

  • Typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $142,800 - CAD $214,900 per year.
