Emerson is looking for a Storehand in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, to manage daily stockroom activities, including receiving, issuing raw materials, and performing cycle counts. The role requires the ability to operate material-handling equipment and basic computer knowledge, with preferred qualifications in ISO 9001 and previous warehouse experience.

Ansvarsområden

Perform daily stockroom activities: receiving, locating, retrieving, and issuing raw materials and finished goods.
Arrange and store materials according to approved procedures.
Conduct daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly cycle counts.
Report inventory or warehouse discrepancies promptly.
Operate and perform daily inspections of material-handling equipment (reach trucks, forklifts).
Load raw materials, WIP, and finished goods according to requirements.
Update material movements accurately in the company business system.
Maintain good 5S and safety practices within the warehouse.
Perform other duties to support warehouse and logistics operations.

Krav

Completed SPM or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Ability to handle material-handling equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good quality awareness and attention to detail.
Safety-conscious and follow established warehouse procedures.
Organized and pay attention to inventory accuracy and material handling.
Take accountability for work and promptly highlight discrepancies.
Collaborate effectively with Production, Quality, Shipping, and other teams.
Willing to learn and support changing operational requirements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Understanding of ISO 9001 requirements related to store operations.
Experience operating material-handling equipment such as reach trucks, stackers, and lift trucks.
Previous experience in warehouse, store, inventory, or manufacturing logistics operations.
