Ansvarsområden

  • Provide home furnishing solutions that improve people’s life at home.
  • Contribute to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing.
  • Apply home furnishing knowledge to ensure up-to-date room settings and store media.
  • Stimulate and increase interest in home furnishing through new and inspiring solutions.
  • Reflect the IKEA Brand identity by creating visual impact in commercial and co-worker areas.
  • Create home furnishing solutions in room settings, homes, vignettes and sales support areas.
  • Gather insights from home visit interviews and translate knowledge into locally relevant solutions.
  • Contribute to the creation of a Showroom matrix.
  • Ensure high quality, simplicity, efficiency and cost consciousness in range presentation.
  • Stay up to date on home furnishing, retailing, and trends to generate creative ideas.
  • Contribute to the department action plan with initiatives that grow the business.
  • Work together with the Com&In team and other functions, acting quickly to exploit commercial opportunities.
  • Keep visitors in mind on the shop floor, minimize disruption, and maintain safety awareness.

Krav

  • Education in interior design or architecture.
  • Creative thinking with commercial visual competence and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Actively seeking improved methods of working in a simple, lean, and cost-efficient way.
  • Practical hands-on approach to tasks.
  • Ability to generate, visualize, and present new ideas.
  • Ability to work together with others in a team.
  • Confidence in approaching and communicating clearly with different people in various situations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in visual merchandising and creating inspiring environments.
  • Understanding of home furnishing trends and retail.
