  • Follow and promote all health, safety, and security guidelines to create a safe environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to improve operational performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and ideas.
  • Take responsibility for your assigned area to meet operational goals before the start of each day.
  • Contribute to delivering a great customer experience across all touchpoints.

Krav

  • Knowledge of retail and/or logistics operations and working methods.
  • A strong understanding of safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering results.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Good attention to detail, discipline, and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and openness to change in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic understanding of tools, systems, and KPIs relevant to operations.
  • Confidence in using technical equipment and digital tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
