As a Steam Field Service Technician in Aledo, TX, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing steam equipment in the field, supporting Atlas Copco Rental's growth strategy. This hybrid role requires experience with boilers, combustion analysis, and PLC programs, with a strong customer focus and willingness to travel.

Ansvarsområden

  • Maintain and repair equipment in the field.
  • Support Atlas Copco Rental's growth strategy in the steam rental business.
  • Perform diagnostics, repair, and installations of hydronic/boiler systems.
  • Conduct combustion analysis.
  • Navigate PLC programs for troubleshooting.
  • Lead machinery troubleshooting and document repairs.
  • Replace or repair defective parts.
  • Provide preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for packaged boiler systems.
  • Disassemble malfunctioning equipment.
  • Apply knowledge of plumbing and mechanical codes.

Krav

  • Experience with hydronic/boiler systems; diagnostics, repair and installations.
  • Experience with combustion analysis.
  • Ability to navigate PLC programs to troubleshoot.
  • Knowledge of plumbing and mechanical codes.
  • Working knowledge of boilers or experience in HVAC.
  • Associate degree with engineering major or other relevant technical degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of progressive work experience in a related industry.
  • Good command in English.
  • Intermediate understanding of computers and associated systems (Microsoft, Excel, Work, etc.), business systems, distribution channels and accounting practices.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Willingness to grow within the business.
