Ansvarsområden
- Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for Knowledge Catalog’s (Core) hybrid semantic search infrastructure and search quality evaluation platform.
- Architect scalable, low-latency distributed infrastructure to achieve sub-second latency Service Level Agreements across various search use-cases.
- Build a scalable search infrastructure for agents and humans.
- Foster engineering excellence, robust system design, and production reliability across all search serving and indexing pipelines.
- Mentor and grow other Individual Contributors, establishing Bengaluru site as a Center of Excellence for search infra and quality use-cases.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- Experience in distributed databases and large-scale distributed systems.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of technical leadership experience (e.g., Tech Lead/Staff Engineer) driving architectural roadmaps, system design, and cross-team project collaborations.
- Experience architecting high-throughput, low-latency search back-ends, indexing pipelines, or information retrieval (IR) platforms.
