Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a Staff Project Analyst in Bangalore to support program managers and hardware design teams. Responsibilities include project planning, schedule management, headcount and NRE tracking, financial roll-ups, risk management, and dashboard creation using AI tools. Ansvarsområden

Support project planning for test cards, silicon breakout boards, and production card designs, mapping deliverables to program milestones.
Track project milestones and dependencies across local design teams and align plans with US-based teams.
Maintain schedules for board and R&D hardware design programs, flagging slips early.
Collect and consolidate headcount (HC) and NRE planning inputs, identifying resource gaps.
Track HC and NRE against plan, reporting deviations to program managers.
Assist with financial roll-ups, forecasts, and fiscal year budget inputs, maintaining budget dashboards.
Maintain risk, issue, and change request trackers, following up on mitigation plans.
Support core meetings and cross-site syncs by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on action items.
Prepare status reports and review materials for program managers and leadership.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports, utilizing AI tools and automation (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate).
Maintain CHS program databases, trackers, and SharePoint sites.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience supporting project management and execution in a technology, semiconductor, or hardware environment.
Experience supporting headcount (HC), NRE, or budget planning and tracking.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA.
Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or AI agents) to automate reporting, analysis, and routine work.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate.
Working understanding of the semiconductor product lifecycle.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work across regions and time zones.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Master's degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) is preferred.
Prior experience in the semiconductor industry.
Experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting to automate data and reporting.
Experience building Copilot agents or Power Automate flows for program workflows.
Experience with JIRA dashboards, queries, and workflow setup.
Experience supporting hardware, PCB, or package design teams.
Experience preparing materials for Director and VP-level reviews.
2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
