I korthet

We are looking for a Staff Networking Validation Engineer to join our team in Shanghai, China. This role involves pre-silicon and post-silicon validation of networking products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to debug technical issues, and requires strong programming skills in C/C++ and experience with network test equipment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform pre-silicon and post-silicon validation of networking products.
  • Collaborate with software teams, customer engineering teams etc. to reproduce, validate, and debug technical issues.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across global locations.

Krav

  • BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Hands-on programming experience in C and/or C++.
  • Experience in networking development, testing, and debugging.
  • Experience using network test equipment, such as Ixia or Spirent.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and the drive to deliver results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
  • Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
  • PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with LeCroy protocol analyzers and Lauterbach TRACE32 is preferred.
  • Experience applying AI-enabled workflows to networking development and testing is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with network customer support or development is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with ASIC design and/or verification is considered an advantage.
