Tetra Pak is seeking a Sales Administrator for their Sales Administration Center in Chakan, Pune. This role involves end-to-end order processing, pricing validation, and providing operational support to regional sales teams and customers, ensuring seamless order management and a superior customer experience. The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree, 3-6 years of experience in sales administration or order management, and strong ERP (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Excel skills.
Ansvarsområden
- Manage end-to-end order processing in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Validate pricing, commercial terms, and customer data
- Ensure timely order booking, amendments, and closures
- Provide administrative and operational support to regional sales teams
- Support quotations, booking orders, pricing coordination, and contract processes
- Monitor order lifecycle and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies
- Act as a key interface between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service teams
- Resolve order-related queries, billing issues, and customer escalations
- Maintain strong communication with global stakeholders across time zones
- Ensure compliance with global processes and drive continuous improvements
Krav
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales Administration / Order Management (preferably in a shared services environment)
- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced, global environment
