Amazon Business is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-organizational programs focused on AI, Private Brands, and ReCommerce. The role requires extensive experience in technical program management, software development, and AI fluency to drive alignment across engineering, product, and business leaders for critical initiatives.
Ansvarsområden
- Own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex programs in Amazon Business (SSR and CPS), including customer-facing AI products, platform, pricing, expansion, and compliance initiatives.
- Lead delivery of customer-facing AI experiences, turning fast-moving AI capabilities into shipped products with clear customer value.
- Provide targeted program leadership for the largest and most complex initiatives in Private Brands and ReCommerce.
- Manage cross-business and cross-org dependencies, identifying, sequencing, and unblocking critical path items.
- Establish and run program governance, including status reporting and leadership reviews.
- Utilize GenAI and internal AI tooling to accelerate planning, synthesize status, model dependencies, and improve program management efficiency.
- Partner with SDMs and business leaders to convert strategy into executable plans and mentor other PMs/TPMs.
Krav
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
