Ericsson is seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Technical Program Manager to lead global certification and compliance programs for their Enterprise Wireless Solutions. This role involves developing strategies, managing projects, and ensuring products meet international regulatory requirements across markets like FCC, CE, ISED, and UKCA.

Ansvarsområden

Lead global regulatory compliance and product certification projects.
Develop certification strategies, project plans, timelines, and cost estimates.
Track project milestones, manage risks, and drive mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with global EMC, Safety, Radio, and market-specific regulations.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts on current and future products.
Coordinate testing, certification activities, documentation, and regulatory submissions.
Partner with R&D, Product Management, Operations, and ODMs to align technical and regulatory requirements.
Work with certification labs, external partners, and regulatory agencies to achieve approvals.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular stakeholder updates.
Drive continuous improvement of regulatory processes and best practices.

Krav

10+ years of experience in wireless regulatory compliance, EMC, and product safety certification.
Strong knowledge of FCC, CE, ISED, UKCA, and other global regulatory requirements.
Experience leading technical programs or cross-functional projects.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail with a strong ownership mindset.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with enterprise networking, cellular, wireless, or IoT products.
Familiarity with certification labs, testing processes, and ODM/manufacturing models.
Experience improving and scaling regulatory compliance processes.
