Ansvarsområden
- Administer and support VTAM, TCP/IP, and SNA network environments.
- Configure and maintain mainframe communication resources and network definitions.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity utilization.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues impacting CICS, MQ, IMS, DB2, and batch workloads.
- Perform incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Coordinate with distributed network, security, storage, and infrastructure teams.
- Implement network-related software upgrades, maintenance, and vulnerability remediation.
- Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resilience initiatives.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance service quality and reduce manual effort.
- Participate in on-call support and critical production issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
