Amazon Devices & Services is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager in Bengaluru, Karnataka to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in AI enablement and data governance. You will own program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment to ensure data compliance and operational efficiency through AI-driven automation.

Own and drive complex, cross-functional programs across data governance and AI enablement.
Build program plans, define scope, milestones, and success criteria.
Map and manage cross-team and cross-org dependencies, including privacy and legal partners.
Drive data governance programs for classification, enforcement, and retention obligations.
Lead AI enablement and automation agenda to reduce operational burden.
Establish standards for 'done' and 'compliant' in the domain.
Align diverse stakeholders through clear written communication and status updates.
Operate at a technical level to understand systems, trade-offs, and drive sound decisions.
Define and track metrics for provable governance and automation impact.
Influence and hold teams accountable for shared commitments and timelines.

Krav

8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Advanced program management capabilities.
Experience defining technical metrics.

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
Understanding of AI architecture and integration patterns.
