Ansvarsområden
- Drive critical initiatives to scale the rapidly expanding cross-border logistics platform.
- Own end-to-end technical program management for key platform scalability initiatives.
- Architect and execute solutions to enhance service performance, reliability, and availability.
- Streamline carrier integration processes and optimize technical infrastructure.
- Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs involving multiple Amazon teams and external carriers.
- Drive automation and optimization of operational processes for cross-border logistics.
- Address critical platform challenges including service latency, system availability, and operational scalability.
- Manage multiple charters (SEND, CRIS, ABACUS) across strategic pillars: Pricing & Economics, Seller Experience, Platform Scalability, and Coverage Expansion.
- Have end-to-end ownership of the existing product suite and scaling of cross-border products with multi-billion dollar entitlement.
- Set up optimal mechanisms to manage product delivery and scale the product.
- Collaborate with 8+ WW teams by driving QTRs, leading design reviews, and engaging with leadership.
- Make build vs. leverage decisions for key components of the product solution, optimizing for speed of delivery.
- Set up mechanisms to scale product adoption seamlessly.
- Evolve the tech stack and act as the WW owner, onboarding regional teams.
- Establish engagement mechanisms to manage stakeholders and leadership.
- Lead brainstorming sessions with SDEs and external partners.
- Contribute to tech vision documents articulating the long-term product vision.
- Collaborate with PM, SDM, and WW partners to build solutions.
- Operationalize new mechanisms and strengthen existing ones to ensure team scalability.
- Influence 8+ VP orgs towards building scalable solutions.
Krav
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams
- 3+ years of software development experience
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Strong technical depth
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems
- Proven track record of delivering complex programs in fast-paced environments
