Amazon Device Troubleshooting Team seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager in Bengaluru, India to lead initiatives that improve device stability and customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating across engineering, data science, and business intelligence teams to deliver scalable troubleshooting solutions and influence feature priorities.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive critical initiatives to enhance detection, diagnosis, and resolution of issues across Amazon's device ecosystem.
  • Coordinate across engineering teams, data engineers, applied scientists, BIEs and senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver scalable troubleshooting solutions that improve customer experience.
  • Influence feature priorities and gain buy-in from engineering teams for large cross-organization programs.
  • Leverage technical knowledge to drive technical trade-off decisions and represent them clearly to stakeholders.
  • Define strategy & requirements, develop processes & schedules, and drive progress on major initiatives.
  • Partner with Senior Leaders to identify opportunities to increase device stability, reduce resource utilization, save costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Define and implement strategic partnerships that enable businesses to scale faster, save costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Establish mechanisms and processes that drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Establish metrics and design self-serve reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Design and drive programs that improve stability and reduce device resource utilization.
  • Build mechanisms to prevent duplication of tools across teams for troubleshooting and analysis.

Krav

  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering.
  • Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience managing communication with geographically distributed teams.
