Ansvarsområden
- Drive technology across the catalog system to create a best-in-class online grocery shopping experience.
- Manage large, cross-functional programs and projects that support catalog business.
- Deliver large projects end-to-end spanning multiple technology and operational teams.
- Initiate projects such as rolling out new technology to new geographies, creating new technology for new business use cases, and building scalable technology platforms.
- Lead large-scale re-architecture of the technology stack across multiple systems and teams.
- Coordinate design and implementation efforts to develop optimal solutions.
- Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market.
- Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.
- Work closely with engineering, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, and executive teams.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
Krav
- 8+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
- 8+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
Önskade kvalifikationer

- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
