Amazon Operations Infrastructure Services (OIS) is seeking a Sr. Tech Infra Program Manager for its NANO team in Bengaluru, India. This role leads the Quick Commerce technology infrastructure for India, defining network and device strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring operational and financial success. The position involves strategic planning, deployment oversight, and partnership with business operations leadership to drive Amazon's fastest-growing segment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own the country's network technology roadmap, driving vendor selection and identifying end-user devices meeting regional cost and performance targets.
  • Define playbooks, architecture standards, and deployment sequencing for the country's network infrastructure.
  • Own network availability outcomes, device fleet health, and financial performance across the country's fleet.
  • Translate the country's business growth priorities into infrastructure strategy.
  • Partner directly with senior business operations leadership.

Krav

  • 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
  • Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of information technology infrastructure domains such as compute server platforms, storage server platforms, server components, network devices, technologies and architectures, IT service delivery principles and best practices.
  • Experience managing conflict, escalations, negotiating compromise, influencing others and problem solving with engineering teams.
  • Experience participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects from end to end.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology field.
