We are seeking an experienced Sr Subject Matter Expert (Support&Ops) with over 10 years of experience, including 4+ years in Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting UCC solutions around MS Teams and MTR environments, requiring strong functional and technical skills to interact with clients and troubleshoot complex issues.

Ansvarsområden

Conduct 'as Is' studies of existing requirements.
Design future state solutions for UCC around MS Teams and MTR.
Implement and support O365, MS Teams, Enterprise Voice, and Conferencing solutions.
Troubleshoot Teams client issues, meeting creation, and scheduling issues.
Enable users for Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing, and per-user calling features.
Plan, design, configure, and monitor a Microsoft Teams PSTN solution.
Configure auto attendants and call queues.
Design network infrastructure for optimal Microsoft Teams Phone performance.
Extend a Direct Routing infrastructure.
Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams clients and devices.
Troubleshoot Direct Routing connectivity.
Perform upgrades, installations, configurations, designs, and migrations of Voice from PBX to MS-Teams.
Manage Bandwidth planning, optimal conferencing traffic, capacity, and QoS.
Design voice interoperability to PSTN, QoS implementation for conference and other applications, and integration with 3rd party telephony environments.
Configure and troubleshoot Dial Plans, Normalization Rules, routes, PSTN Usage, and Voice Policy.
Administer RightFax.

Krav

10+ years of experience on Microsoft Teams with Enterprise Voice.
4+ years of experience in Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice.
Experience on AudioCodes/Sonus Gateways/Downstream SBCs.
Experience and Knowledge on MS Teams Direct routing for Enterprise Voice & SIP Trunk Integrations.
Knowledge on Bandwidth planning, optimal conferencing traffic, capacity, QOS.
Experience in Skype with Enterprise Voice, Mediation server placement, gateways, trunks, voice resiliency, mediation server dependencies.
Good knowledge on Active Directory & Domain Services, Certificate Authority.
Knowledge on PowerShell Scripting.
Knowledge on Call detail Recording tool.
Knowledge on Windows, PowerShell & PowerShell Scripting.
Knowledge on RightFax administration.
Knowledge on ITIL & Safe Agile framework like SLA management with detailed understanding on classification of (P1, P2, P3, P4) Incidents (tickets), Change management.
Support for Videoconferencing platform and experience including operation, call set-up and equipment troubleshooting (Microsoft MTR and Teams Audio conferencing etc.).
Solid administration and analytical skills focused on Office 365 and MS Teams.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Endpoints & Physical Phone OEMs (AudioCodes/Avaya).

Webcasting and Live Event Support (>1k user).
Experience with MS Teams – Live Events, MS Stream.
Experience with Video on Demand, eCDN, Conferencing Solutions.
Experience with Room Peripheral Integration i.e. Biamp’s, Speakers, Mixer, Controllers etc.
