Synopsys is seeking an experienced Security and Compliance Engineer to lead certification projects (Soc2, ISO 27001), manage security for AI simulation products, and oversee open-source compliance. This role requires strong technical knowledge in cybersecurity, audit, and risk management, with excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure product security and regulatory adherence.

Ansvarsområden

  • Leading certification projects across multiple standards, including Soc2 and other relevant industry frameworks.
  • Implementing and managing robust security management practices for AI engineering simulation products.
  • Coordinating open-source compliance efforts, ensuring all third-party components meet regulatory requirements.
  • Performing regular security audits and risk assessments, documenting findings, and driving remediation activities.
  • Collaborating with engineering, product, and legal teams to design and enforce security and compliance policies.
  • Developing and delivering training and awareness programs on security and compliance best practices.
  • Staying up to date with emerging threats, regulations, and industry standards to continuously enhance our security posture.

Krav

  • BS in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field with 5 years’ experience, MS with 3 years’ experience, or PhD with 1-year experience
  • Proven experience managing certification projects (e.g., Soc2, ISO 27001, or equivalent frameworks).
  • Strong technical knowledge in cybersecurity, including audit processes and risk management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in open-source compliance and license management.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, engineering simulation tools, and related software development practices.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical skills for audit and compliance activities.
