AWS is seeking a Senior Specialist Solutions Architect with deep security expertise in Europe North to design and implement robust cloud security architectures for customers. This role involves delivering architecture guidance, leading proof-of-concept projects, and collaborating with customers and partners to address security and compliance challenges using AWS services.

Ansvarsområden

  • Deliver architecture guidance, lead proof-of-concept projects, and conduct customer workshops.
  • Drive collaboration with customers and partners to address security and compliance challenges.
  • Own the technical engagement and success of specific implementation projects.
  • Facilitate widespread use and adoption of the AWS platform with security as Priority 1.
  • Develop deep expertise in AWS security technologies and secure application construction.
  • Represent AWS within customer environments and drive discussions with senior personnel.
  • Think strategically about business, product, and technology challenges.
  • Help organizations understand best practices around Security and cloud-based solutions.
  • Help shape and execute a strategy to build mind-share and broad use of AWS within enterprise customers.
  • Design Customer Solutions.
  • Collaborate with wider AWS teams to help customers and partners architect securely while leveraging AWS Services.
  • Engage with Solution Architects, Account Managers, Professional Services, and Partners to define an engagement strategy.
  • Provide Security thought leadership on solutions that benefit customers through the use of AWS Services.
  • Serve as a key member of the business development and accounting management team.
  • Assist solution providers with the definition and implementation of technical and business strategies.
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the worldwide AWS solution architect community.
  • Understand AWS market segments, and industry verticals.
  • Understand and exploit the use of internal business support systems.

Krav

  • 10+ years of IT development, implementation, or consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing security controls across IAM, network security, data protection/encryption, and threat detection.
  • Experience advising customers on security and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR) and translating requirements into technical architectures.
  • Experience designing security strategy and controls for cloud adoption and migration at enterprise scale.
  • Experience working with IT and Security leadership (e.g. CISO organizations) to articulate security and/or compliance strategies and plans.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
  • 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • An advanced degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related discipline, and/or relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISA/CISM, CIPP/CIPM/CIPT).
  • Experience with threat detection, security monitoring, and incident response at scale (e.g. SIEM, SOC operations, or cloud-native detection services).
  • Demonstrated success helping regulated customers (e.g. financial services, public sector, healthcare) meet security and compliance obligations.
  • Professional experience architecting and operating solutions built on AWS, including native security services (e.g. IAM, GuardDuty, Security Hub, KMS).
  • Experience designing security and governance controls for AI/ML or generative AI workloads (e.g. model access control, data governance, prompt-injection and inference-risk mitigation).
