The Sr. Specialist, Physical Security and OSH is responsible for developing and managing security and safety programs, conducting risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating emergency readiness. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in physical security management, with a strong understanding of security technologies and relevant industry standards.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive physical security programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure the protection of company assets, employees, clients, and visitors.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate security measures.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and management of security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, alarm systems).
  • Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents, breaches, and violations.
  • Prepare and submit incident reports within 4 hours and investigation reports within 48 hours.
  • Develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and security vendors to create and maintain effective emergency response plans.
  • Train employees on emergency response procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, Fire Code, DOLE standards).
  • Stay updated on trends, technologies, and regulatory changes related to physical security and OSH.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align security measures with business goals.
  • Provide training to employees on security best practices, system usage, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of security procedures, incident reports, and system configurations.
  • Analyze security data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical security management, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in physical security concepts and technologies, including access control, video surveillance, alarm systems, and security protocols.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in risk assessments, security audits, and incident investigations.
  • Familiarity with emergency response procedures and incident management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Quick adjustment to new tools, regulations, and client requirements in the fast-paced BPO environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a global team.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Security Professional (CSP), Certified Protection Officer (CPO), Physical Security Professional (PSP)) are preferred.
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
