Ansvarsområden

  • Coordinate with Lobs and external consultants to gather data on employee engagement, attrition, feedback on policies, and HR scorecards.
  • Analyze gathered data, propose improvements, and coordinate communication of outcomes to business units.
  • Participate in vendor discussions for HR module system implementation, including customization and testing (UAT).
  • Track implementation activities, highlight deviations, and take corrective actions.
  • Review system/business requirements for COE processes and provide inputs for design discussions.
  • Support the preparation of process/design proposals and coordinate their rollout.
  • Conduct communication sessions for orientation, implementation guidelines, and exception handling.
  • Send reminders for process rollout monitoring and conduct periodic audits for process adherence.
  • Highlight deviations and issues to the supervisor and provide input on resolution actions.

Krav

  • Experience in HR process design and governance.
  • Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including Lobs, external consultants, and business teams.
  • Experience with HR module system implementation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Familiarity with HR processes such as compensation structure, PMS, bell curve modeling, goals library, and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conducting orientation sessions and sharing guidelines.
  • Ability to monitor process adherence and conduct audits.
  • Proficiency in data gathering and reporting.
