We are seeking a results-oriented Sr. Site Merchandizer to join our growing Amazon Consumables business in Bangalore. This role requires a blend of strategic and tactical thinking to execute best-in-class site and email merchandising strategies and design online campaigns that enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will utilize data and metrics for recommendations and possess technical skills in HTML, XML, and Excel.

Ansvarsområden

  • Execute high-visibility, high-pressure launches with clear communication.
  • Plan and execute best-in-class site and email merchandising strategies.
  • Design and execute online campaigns to improve customer experience.
  • Coordinate teams and communicate with Category Managers and Brands.
  • Work independently on key deliverables.
  • Handle high-visibility, high-pressure launches with clear, firm communication to all stakeholders.

Krav

  • Ability to handle high visibility, high pressure launches with clear, firm communication to all stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills; experience in coordinating teams and communicating to Category Managers, Brands.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendations.
  • Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment.
  • Capability to meet technical requirements, which include HTML, XML and Excel, plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Good appreciation or interest for Marketing as a Job Family.
