Atlas Copco is seeking a Sr. Service Engineer/Service Engineer for their Customer Service team. This role involves performing service interventions at customer sites, improving service efficiency, training dealers, and reporting quality issues. The position requires a diploma or degree in engineering and at least two years of service experience in the compressor field.

Ansvarsområden

  • Receive weekly customer visit schedule from the Team Leader.
  • Complete service at customer site.
  • Create service reports post job closure.
  • Understand service procedures from the technical support team for complex issues.
  • Perform service interventions efficiently and in compliance with procedures.
  • Improve utilization hours.
  • Pass on business leads generated for aftermarket products and equipment.
  • Keep Dealer service engineers updated with technical information.
  • Monitor dealer performance and ECB implementation status.
  • Timely reporting of warranty complaints and product quality issues.
  • Return warranty failed material when asked for inspection.
  • Escalate customer feedback.
  • Follow Atlas Copco Vision, Mission, core values, Business Code of Conduct, and policies.
  • Perform other tasks given by the Team Leader.

Krav

  • 2 years of service experience in compressor field.
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
  • High levels of energy to work hard in the field.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Committed team player.
  • Good communication skill.
