We are seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead the execution and remediation of our global surveillance testing program. This role involves establishing and scaling surveillance frameworks, driving process improvements, coordinating with testing laboratories, and owning the remediation process to ensure rapid response to safety risks and quality issues.

Ansvarsområden

  • Establish and scale end-to-end execution framework documentation.
  • Standardize processes across regions and create operational playbooks.
  • Lead coordination with third-party testing laboratories and provide strategic guidance on testing methodologies.
  • Own remediation from test result receipt through resolution, including corrective action implementation.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams on operational execution.
  • Establish metrics reporting frameworks and track remediation outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time.
  • Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with data and leveraging analytics to make decisions.
  • Experience with laboratory testing processes, testing methodologies, or quality control procedures.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in retail, project management, supply chain, inventory management, sourcing, finance and/or consulting.
  • Experience using Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma methodologies or related performance metrics/process improvements.
  • Background working with third-party testing laboratories or expertise in testing protocols (microbiological, chemical, molecular).
  • Proven ability to establish governance frameworks and drive adoption of new processes across diverse stakeholder groups.
