The Sr Project Manager will plan and execute projects with significant impact on technology, organization, and processes to optimize site performance. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of project management experience, and strong leadership skills to drive efficiency and customer value in a fast-paced environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Plan, manage, and execute major projects/programs with varying capital investments to support the Broken Arrow site and Business Unit.
  • Develop and implement major transformations involving people, processes, and investments.
  • Oversee the development of new and existing products and transformation of the Supply Chain.
  • Manage all project components including scope, budget, planning, team animation, change management, risks, communication, and reporting.
  • Follow up on complete project specifications, objectives, deliverables, time plans, and costs.
  • Establish clear priorities and schedule activities for optimal use of time and resources.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate high-performing project teams.
  • Manage key stakeholders and provide status updates to steering committees and business leaders.
  • Support, coach, and train local colleagues and act as the contact point with Operations Development management team.
  • Be involved in air factories operational plan management.
  • Prioritize safety by adhering to company policies, promoting safe practices, and addressing unsafe conditions.

Krav

  • Bachelor of Science required, or equivalent qualification in manufacturing or supply chain.
  • 10 plus years of successful experience in projects management.
  • Strong cooperation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
  • Experience in production industrialization is a plus (layout optimization, takt‑time analysis, and process validation).
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and commercial acumen.
  • Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate activities across departments and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-directed and decisive, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Master of Science preferred or equivalent qualification.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Green Belt certification is a plus.
  • Traveling approximately up to 30%, domestic and international (estimation).
