Amazon's WW FBA team seeks a Sr. Program Manager in Bengaluru to drive key inventory metrics for International Emerging Stores. Ansvarsområden
- Partner with in-country FBA, Supply Chain, Retail, and Operations teams to drive key FBA inventory metrics and take ownership of outcomes.
- Build and maintain root-cause attribution frameworks connecting upstream inputs to downstream metric outcomes.
- Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly review mechanisms for metric areas and represent FBA in country Business Review forums.
- Design and run structured experiments with sellers to inform product and program roadmaps.
- Work with Product, science, and BI teams to translate operational insights into scalable product improvements.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve metric tracking, root cause diagnosis, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate peak readiness (Prime Day, BFCM) by identifying risks and working on mitigation plans.
- Serve as a liaison between WW FBA and in-country stakeholders, validating hypotheses, surfacing local issues, and supporting system rollouts.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field.
- Demonstrated experience owning business metrics end-to-end: defining measurement frameworks, diagnosing root causes, and leading cross-functional teams for improvement.
- Proficiency in SQL or equivalent querying tools to independently extract, analyze, and communicate operational insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting structured reviews to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across teams not directly managed, in ambiguous contexts.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI or automation tools to redesign analytical or operational workflows.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience in inventory planning or supply chain operations; or equivalent experience in marketplace/platform supply chain, or seller/vendor-facing operations at scale.
- Familiarity with generic inventory systems (placement logic, restock recommendations, capacity management, seller tools).
- Experience working in or closely with non-US Amazon stores (EU, JP, IN).
- Demonstrated ability to build operating mechanisms from scratch (metric definitions, attribution frameworks, review cadences) in an environment without established playbooks.
