We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to manage the Cost-to-Serve for Pay on Delivery (POD) at Amazon Pay. This role involves identifying and executing interventions to reduce costs, optimize growth, and manage vendor relationships, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, data analysis, and stakeholder influence.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own the management of the Cost-to-Serve for Pay on Delivery.
  • Identify and run interventions to reduce cost of offering POD, including reducing rejects and optimizing POD availability.
  • Manage POD 3P vendors to optimize costs and communication channels.
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for POD initiatives.
  • Establish POD PnL and identify opportunities to increase bottom-line by increasing revenue and cutting costs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, ML, Finance, Operations, Technology) to conceptualize, execute, track, and report on program interventions.
  • Research customer reasons for POD rejection and implement targeted interventions.
  • Improve customer targeting and iterate through experiments to increase OPS/GMS.
  • Collaborate with Category teams to identify drivers and opportunity areas for POD rejects.
  • Review POD performance metrics daily.

Krav

  • 5+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units.
  • Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps.
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving consumer business.
  • MBA.
