Ansvarsområden

Own the process improvement, standardization, Inventory Health, Profitability, and loss-control of our returns network end-to-end.
Partnering across Operations, Quality, Loss Prevention, Transportation, and Finance.
Set loss goals, build recovery controls and improve salability yield.
Run business-review governance.
Compile, manage and report on weekly project metrics.
Lead many high profile meetings to align on project requirements.
Build relationships and identify with stakeholders across the organization.
Partner to build and execute on new initiatives and roadmaps each year.
Identify and implement solutions that scale with our scale within fulfillment center operational skills.

Krav

Bachelor's degree or above
Knowledge of lean techniques and Six Sigma tools
Experience in project/program management, Inventory Control, Quality Assurance, or Lean Six Sigma
Possess strong analytical, program-management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Proven track record of owning P&L-impacting operational metrics.
Ability to think big and develop new ideas.
Ability to nurture new ideas and apply high standards to weed out those that are least valuable.
Comfortable collaborating and influencing team members, working with development teams and other business groups, and presenting projects to senior leadership on a regular basis.
Ability to partner to build and execute on new initiatives and roadmaps each year.
Technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical teams.
Possess or can quickly learn fulfillment center operational skills.
