Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a Sr. Product Manager - Tech to drive the product execution for medication dispensing, verification, and packing. You will define and execute the roadmap for the 1P Warehouse Management System (WMS), focusing on compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in a highly regulated environment.
Ansvarsområden
- Define and execute the roadmap for dispensing, pharmacist-verification, and assembly of shipments across manual and automated workcells.
- Define and track key metrics for the fill-verify-pack pipeline, identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements in speed, accuracy, and cost.
- Provide solutions and drive improvements by collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Clinical Excellence, Finance, and In-Stock partners.
- Influence without authority across multiple teams to achieve outcomes in a matrixed environment.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience representing and advocating for customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Master's degree.
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
- Experience building under-the-roof fulfillment tools.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated fulfillment.
