I korthet

As a Sr. Product Manager - Tech for Alexa Smart Properties, you will define and execute product vision for enterprise staff, leveraging Generative AI and LLMs to build scalable communication and device management solutions for industries like hospitality and healthcare. You will own the enterprise console, integrations, and drive product strategy while influencing cross-functional teams and measuring business impact.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own and drive the product vision and execution for enterprise staff personas.
  • Manage content in the enterprise console, including menus, events, promotions, alerts, and contacts.
  • Create features for real-time staff insights and analytics.
  • Build capabilities to track tickets, orders, and other tasks within the enterprise console.
  • Manage the roadmap of integrations with third-party systems.
  • Use AI capabilities to accelerate development cycles and enable faster learning.
  • Leverage GenAI to rapidly generate prototypes, specifications, and documentation.
  • Define vision, problem statements, tenets, and strategy, owning roadmap and priorities.
  • Influence without authority, building alignment across engineering, science, design, finance, marketing, sales, legal, and operations.
  • Establish key performance indicators and drive feature adoption.
  • Conduct customer research, usability studies, and competitive analysis.
  • Work with enterprise customers to understand staff needs.
  • Write PRFAQs and BRDs, build prioritized roadmaps, and participate in sprint planning.
  • Iterate on product decisions with Engineering teams.
  • Evaluate how GenAI and agentic systems can accelerate the roadmap.
  • Work with partners in business development, solution architects, legal, privacy, and documentation.
  • Make informed trade-offs, build mockups and prototypes, and define acceptance criteria.
  • Evaluate technical proposals for strengths and weaknesses.
  • Assess how AI capabilities can reshape product architectures and product design.
  • Use AI daily to increase velocity and scale impact.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
