Ansvarsområden
- Serve as the subject matter expert in transportation visibility and intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with company strategy.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product decisions.
- Champion a customer-centric design approach to optimize user experience and drive product adoption.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
Krav
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience as a product manager or owner.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
- 5+ years of supply chain operations and logistics experience.
- 5+ years of transportation and supply chain experience.
- 2+ years experience with customer delivery experience.
- Ability to break down and solve complex problems.
- Hands-on, pragmatic problem solver that balances trade-offs.
- Ability to juggle complex dependencies and requirements.
- Experience building 0-to-1 products in the logistics and transportation space.
- Analytical and data-driven focus on measuring and improving product success.
- Ownership of business model, P&L, feature development, product roadmap, customer segmentation, pricing, and demand generation.
