Amazon seeks a Sr. Product Manager to own the strategy and execution for reducing the cost of customer returns and preventing policy abuse. This role involves end-to-end product delivery, influencing senior leadership, and collaborating with global teams to innovate cost-effective solutions.
Ansvarsområden
- Own building new features, tools, processes, and businesses for Amazon.
- Drive down costs associated with returns and rejects by reducing cost of good returns.
- Prevent abuse and misuse of return and rejects policies.
- Identify opportunities, define and design solutions.
- Get leadership buy-in and prioritization of resources.
- Deliver projects in partnership with tech teams and measure impact.
- Work closely with stakeholders from global teams such as Operations, Machine Learning, Last Mile, etc.
Krav
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end to end product delivery.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience as a product manager or owner.
