Amazon Pharmacy seeks a Sr. Product Manager to define and execute the product roadmap for their Warehouse Management System (WMS), focusing on medication dispensing, verification, and shipping workflows. This role requires managing end-to-end product delivery, driving improvements in speed, accuracy, and cost, and influencing cross-functional teams within a highly regulated environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Define and execute the roadmap for prescription dispensing, pharmacist verification, and shipment assembly across manual and automated workcells.
  • Define and track key metrics for the fill-verify-pack pipeline to improve speed, accuracy, and cost-per-shipment.
  • Provide solutions and drive improvements by collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Clinical Excellence, Finance, and In-Stock teams.
  • Influence without authority across multiple teams and organizations to achieve desired outcomes in a matrixed environment.

Krav

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience owning technology products.
