Amazon seeks a Sr. Product Management leader for its Emerging Markets Lifecycle Experiences team in Bengaluru, India. This role involves owning the strategy and execution for customer engagement and settlement across multiple markets, leveraging machine learning, behavioral economics, and gamified experiences. Ansvarsområden
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle progression strategy across EM10, including product vision, roadmap, and P&L accountability.
- Drive settlement outcomes for 140MM+ customers using rewards, gamified experiences, and ML-powered orchestration.
- Build and scale an autonomous marketing orchestration platform.
- Drive a cross-EM rewards program, managing program economics and evolving the construct for habit formation.
- Lead the progression intelligence roadmap, partnering with science teams to evolve ML models for optimal customer action and reward allocation.
- Build and mentor a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team (product, marketing, program management).
Krav
- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
