Seeking a Sr. Mgr. BIE to lead reporting and analytics for Last-mile Operations across global marketplaces. This role is crucial for enabling data-driven decisions and improving operational performance through robust BI solutions and team leadership.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead reporting and analytics capabilities for Last-mile Operations, including 3P carriers.
  • Enable Operations teams to meet S-team/VP goals by providing business-leading insights and prescriptive actions.
  • Develop automated and self-service reports/dashboards.
  • Build tools, science-based artifacts, and defect attribution bridges.
  • Own business-critical reporting (xBR, Peak, Contingency).
  • Partner in launching new programs/features/products by creating metrics for adoption and success.
  • Build capabilities to benchmark and improve operations performance (e.g., Scorecards).
  • Build critical BI technology/tools for metric optimization, simulations, real-time tracking, and alerting.
  • Build defect attribution bridges for key operations metrics.
  • Build authoritative datasets on Operations performance.
  • Drive parity across marketplaces, standardization, and centralized development of capabilities.
  • Manage a team of ~30 members across India, Dubai, and Mexico.
  • Decide on the right mix of job roles and locations considering HC costs and outcomes.
  • Provide career choice opportunities and lateral moves for team members.
  • Keep the team motivated, build and retain expertise, and codify processes.
  • Attract talent into the team.
  • Balance stakeholder needs while maintaining team work-life harmony.
  • Drive a culture of celebrating wins and recognition.
  • Foster collaboration across team members.

Krav

  • Knowledge of SQL and Excel
  • Experience hiring and leading a high-performance team

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of product experimentation (A/B testing)
  • Knowledge of a scripting language (Python, R, etc.)
