Ansvarsområden

  • Develop technology strategies aligned with long-term business goals.
  • Lead teams in continuous learning and application of AI tools and techniques for product development.
  • Participate in and influence cross-organizational technology decisions.
  • Conduct business reviews with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop a complex, distributed software development organization.
  • Foster a team culture inspired by Amazon's leadership principles.
  • Hire, mentor, coach, and develop necessary skills within the organization.
  • Own product operations, including maintenance, upgrades, modernization, and deprecation of software.
  • Define software development processes, conduct reviews, and report progress.

Krav

  • 10+ years of engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
  • 10+ years of planning, designing, developing, and delivering consumer software experiences.
  • Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects, and development teams in an Agile environment.
  • Ability and inquisitiveness to stay updated with breakthroughs in Generative AI and Agentic AI products, solutions, and techniques.
