GAR (Global Accounts Receivable) is seeking a detail-oriented Collections Analyst in Pune, India. This role focuses on managing accounts receivables, resolving customer queries, and meeting collection targets through phone and email follow-ups. The position requires at least 2 years of AR/AP experience and proficiency in standard software like Excel, SQL, and Oracle.

Ansvarsområden

Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve accounts receivables related queries.
Support customers to resolve billing issues and reconcile accounts.
Drive monthly collection targets.
Follow-up with customers via emails and phone calls for timely payment collection.
Maintain detailed post correspondence updates on accounts receivable records.
Collaborate with various stakeholders (Billing, Finance, Legal, Tax, Customer Service) to resolve disputes.
Monitor high-risk accounts and escalate challenges to management.
Identify areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.
Meet monthly productivity goals.
Reconcile complex accounts with excellent attention to detail.

Krav

1+ years of finance experience
2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
Experience using data to influence business decisions
Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting

Önskade kvalifikationer

2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL
